Thank you for considering The Quarry Event Center Shared Kitchen!

We are a commercially licensed, shared use kitchen, allowing you to build your business at your own pace lowering the risks associated with a start up venture and minimizing the costs while you get started. Please read through the packet and begin the following steps to use the kitchen.   We look forward to working with you.
Check List:
3. Provide a copy of your liability insurance
4. Provide a copy of your Federal ID Number (EIN) if applicable.
5. Provide a menu of food you will be preparing and the source(s) of those food items
6. Provide copy of all workers and assistants basic food handlers certification.
7. Come to The Quarry to view kitchen and pay $100 deposit to receive LOI (letter of intent) to take to City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) to apply for City of Chicago Shared Kitchen User License
